Q : How big is your van?

Q : Is it more expensive to book you at the weekend?
A : No the only time it might be slightly more expensive is if you require a collection during rush hour.

Q : Are you able to travel long distance for example Devon?
A : Yes I travel all over the country.

Q : Is VAT included in the price?
A : I am not VAT registered your price is all inclusive.

Q : Do you provide packaging boxes?
A : Yes but only through the Packing Boxes website. You need to order and pay for them yourself.

Q : Can you take passengers?
A : Yes the van has two front seats for 2 non smoking passengers.

Q : Does the driver help load and unload the van?
A : Yes unless you have selected the hourly self load option.

Q : Do you carry tools with you?
A : We carry basic tools please check the terms and conditions or ensure you state when requesting a quote that dismantling of any nature is required.

Q : Are you reliable will you be on time?
A : Yes we are reliable however we cannot guarantee what the traffic will be like. If we are delayed (which is not often) we will call you to say we are running behind. Please check our independent references at the top of the page.

Q : Do you have references?
A : Yes independent ones which we link to at the top of each page.

Q : Are you insured?
A : Yes with Aviva and you can view a copy of our goods in transit insurance with them by Clicking Here. If you would like to see the original document before we start please advise and I will bring it along with me.

Q : Do you provide van hire without a driver?
A : No sorry we do not offer self drive.

Q : Are there any items you won't carry?
A : Yes: Pianos, American style fridge freezers, dirty waste, stolen goods or anything which could be considered illegal.

Q : Do you offer any special rates?
