YOUR QUOTE

1) When you receive your quote it will be based on the information you have given us. Each quotation is unique to your requirements. If you have told us you have just boxes and bags to move that is what we expect to find when we arrive.

2) All boxes must be liftable by one person, an average person can lift a box no heavier than 15 kilo this is around your weight allowance for a suitcase on a plane. Heavier than this please advise as it will require two men to lift.

3) Drawers must be empty, if you have left items or clothing in the drawers we will count this as extra items. Each drawer we shall count as one box.

4) We are happy to move additional items but you must contact us first and advise of the change as it may affect the price.

5) Any items that require dismantling must be done prior to the driver arriving unless already agreed otherwise.

6) Sofas and other large items. It is your responsibility to ensure that they fit into the house. We do not remove doors or windows, we do not carry tools.

If the sofa requires carrying around the back of a property or over a fence please advise us prior to arriving. While we endeavour to get sofas into the home we do allocate no longer than 10 minutes attempting to get them in.

PAYMENT

1) Cleared funds on the day unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to pay by cheque we will need to have received it into our account 3 days prior to the booking date. We accept cash on the day, cleared cheques prior to the day or bank transfer prior to starting. Paypal can be accepted but please advise us if this is the method you wish to use.
